The Heritage Environmental Rating Programme is the only initiative of its kind in Africa, and one of the top three eco-labelling and rating systems worldwide. It offers businesses recognition for the efforts being made to reduce impacts on the environment and towards sustainable and environmentally responsible practice.
The programme has been successfully adopted by businesses across southern Africa, and has a proven track record of achievement. Heritage also offers the Eco-Choice eco-label option in conjunction with WWFSA and it provides independent environmental reporting verification services for companies and organisations.
