Recycle Swop Shop

The Recycle Swop Shop is an empowerment project created for children of disadvantaged areas. The aim of the program is three-fold:

• To clean up the community
• To teach environmental awareness, economic value and trading skills, responsibility and ownership of the process
• To help provide the basic needs of children: hygienic and school supplies as well as used clothing and shoes

Spin offs: identifying children not attending school and helping to keep children in school
