Certified organic since 2001 and a Fair Trade enterprise for nine years, Stellar's Fair Trade organic and no-added-sulphur wines are consistently in high demand in the local and overseas markets.
The wines are true to their Olifants River Valley origin: crisp, fruity whites from our cool-climate Koekenaap vineyards and delicious reds characterised by deep colour and berry flavours.
With 26% of the shareholding owned by the winery and farm workers through the Stellar Empowerment Trust, the enterprise aims for long-term sustainability whilst building a solid base to raise the standards of living of permanent and seasonal workers through the Stellar Foundation Social Development programme.
